A mind which is ridden with anxiety is unable to concentrate, & focus. Such a mind does things quickly, & imperfectly as it exists in a disturbed state. Due to various fears, & insecurities, the mind is unstable & experiences turbulence. Such a mind can’t be tuned to the present.
To move away from all this restlessness, we need to calm the mind. A calm mind is relaxed, & it is sure of itself. The human relationships are in good shape of a person with such a mind. Through the practice of human values, this mind experiences peace. It often does not seek external inspiration as it gets inspired & energised internally. This internal stability helps it to do justice to the tasks in the present.
