FAULTS ARE THICK WHERE LOVE IS THIN

Faults need to be generally addressed privately, not publicly. It's not good to humiliate a person publicly.

We often find it easy to find faults in others, but overlook our own. It should be the other way round.

Sometimes, it is better to overlook faults at a personal level. The person at fault knows his mistake. Overlooking it is a sign of your generosity.

Sometimes overlooking faults in a professional environment creates an organisation where excellence is not the goal. The need to strive towards excellence is a worthy goal in a professional setting, and overlooking faults may not be desirable.

We all make mistakes. To forgive and forget is a sign of good humanity.

Some people are made up of a very critical bent of mind with intolerance. They are not easy to live with. For them the following saying may apply :

"Faults are thick where love is thin"
