A prayer seeks external intervention. But the prayer forgets that external intervention is happening in the natural course through karmic justice. Prayer loses meaning then. Because karmic justice recognises only the prayer of human values. There is no prayer.
Meditation seeks to create peacefulness in mind through no mind. It seeks this through concentration and mental intervention. But real meditation is never internal, it works externally through the practise of human values. There is no meditation.
No prayer, no meditation.
