Actions matter. But reactions matter more.

Many things can happen to you. They happen to everyone. But what matters is your reaction to them.

We feel anxious sometimes. We get nervous. It happens when our values are exposed, or we are fearing some loss. Anxiety causes stress. It leads to depression. We need to be firm on our values, and have the strength to bear any loss.

Life is a moment of joy of the present. Nothing is yours. So nothing can be lost. If this is your thought, you will have the calm courage to face loss.
