Often we feel terrific pressure. We feel burdened. Full of worry, tension. This is not good. We will feel the punch of anxiety. We could slide into depression. Act now. Release the pressure.

There are 7 causes of pressure :

* Attachment

* Greed

* Jealousy

* Pride

* Anger

* Selfishness

* Inaction

Just do the opposite. Release the pressure.
