Everything does not need a decision. Every matter does not need to be closed. Many delicate matters need time, they need a deeper investigation. Putting a full stop is dangerous. Keep it hanging, accept your ignorance, put a question mark instead.
We often are in a hurry to finish all tasks on hand. Speed means to finish them. Excellence means to perfect them. Often, speed and excellence don't walk on parallel roads. They walk on opposite roads. One needs to be sacrificed for the other.
A full stop methodology is accompanied by speed. It's needed often. But a question mark methodology needs patience. Question mark plays the longer version of the game, the waiting game, it is hungry for the right answer but not necessarily the fast answer. It needs good judgement when to use a full stop, and when a question mark. Sometimes, a question mark is better than a full stop.
