Stress is not caused by being too busy, or working too hard. Just by taking a step back, you can't beat stress. It's not that easy.

Stress is caused by :

* unreal goals, expectations

* not keeping your word

* hurting others

* taking revenge

* being proud

* constant complaints

* not willing to lose

You have to work on above to destress. Just by going for long holidays will not be able to work wonders. Because stress is about your humanity. You carry these with you even on your holidays.

Stress is about humanity. Stress is not about activity.
